• Vinyl, wood, and privacy fence installation
• Pergola, patio cover, and screened porch construction
• Deck railing, staining, sealing, and outdoor structure services

All services are subject to the execution of a separate written contract between you and Elite Turlock Deck & Fence. Website content describing services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by Elite Turlock Deck & Fence - whether in person, by phone, or in writing - is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if:

• The scope of work changes at your request after the estimate is issued
• Unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (for example, structural damage, buried utilities, or soil conditions not visible before work began)
• Material costs change significantly between the estimate date and the purchase date due to supply chain conditions

Any change in price from the original estimate will be communicated to you in writing before work continues. We will not proceed with additional work that increases the total cost without your written approval.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are subject to permit approval, material availability, and weather conditions. We will communicate your scheduled start date and any changes to it as promptly as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Specific cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit forfeiture conditions, will be outlined in your written service contract.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to severe weather, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to find the earliest available alternative date.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your written service contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required at contract signing to secure your place on the schedule and cover material orders
• Progress payments may be required at defined milestones for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project

Under California law, a contractor may not request or accept a deposit of more than 10 percent of the total contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, before any work begins. We comply with this requirement.

Balances not paid by the due date stated in the contract may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract. If collection action is necessary, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable collection costs.

6. Permits and Inspections

Where a building permit is required for your project, Elite Turlock Deck & Fence will apply for and manage the permit process as part of the contracted scope of work. You agree to provide accurate information about your property and, if applicable, to obtain any required HOA approvals before work begins. Delays caused by permit processing times or HOA review timelines are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Elite Turlock Deck & Fence warrants that all work will be completed in a workmanlike manner and in material conformance with the agreed-upon plans and applicable building codes. Specific warranty terms and duration will be set forth in your written service contract.

Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as composite decking boards or railing systems) are provided by the manufacturer, not by Elite Turlock Deck & Fence, and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Website content - including descriptions of products, services, and pricing - is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Turlock Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the services we provide.
